In this class you can expect a rhythmic fusion of the original Lotte Berk method and yoga. We'll use yoga principles to connect with our higher selves and light weights, high reps and isometric movements to define our muscles. New to barre? We use modifications and challenges to meet you where you’re at in your practice so beginners and barre enthusiasts are all welcome!
Please have light weights (1-3 lbs), a band and ball. Alternatively, you may use soup cans, no bands and a pillow! Free for members, $12 for drop in.
