Located just below Faccia a Faccia is Bar Pallino. Inspired by the new generation of Paris wine bars like Septime La Cave, Bar Pallino showcases an extensive list curated by acclaimed beverage director Jodie Battles.


Bar Pallino focuses on organic, natural and biodynamic selections. The beverage menu offers a more extensive and esoteric list of 70+ wines, like Clot de L'Origine Barriot Blanc de Noir, La Stoppa "Trebbiolo Rosso" and Valli Unite Brut & Beast Sparkling (Valli Unite), to name just a few. In addition to the extensive wine list, Bar Pallino offers varieties of amaros, vermouths, and mezcals from smaller batch artisanal spirit brands.
