Bar Mezzana is celebrating its first anniversary and what better way to ring it in than with a summer soirée! On Sunday, June 4th, join Chef Colin Lynch, Heather Lynch, Jefferson Macklin and their team as they mark the occasion in culinary style.


From 12:30pm - 2:00pm, VIP ticket holders will enjoy tastes from Bar Mezzana's friends in the hospitality world, including the James Beard award-winning Eventide, haley.henry, Myers+Chang, Cafe Sushi and an Island Creek Oysters raw bar. Guest bartender Andrew Volk of Portland, Maine's Hunt & Alpine Club will be behind the bar bringing a taste of Vacationland to Boston.


At 2:00pm, the party continues with Ryan Lotz making Aperol Spritzes and seasonal blender drinks. Super-sized board games will be on the patio - right next to the outdoor grill offering Italian Sausages, along with handmade fries, a Mozarella Bar, and an Ice Cream Cart featuring Chef Christina's homemade ice cream. DJ Brother Wayne will be spinning his nationally-recognized soul collection of vinyl 45's all day long.


The cost to attend the VIP portion is $125, while the main event is $85. VIP guests will receive five drink tickets, food from guest chefs as well Bar Mezzana's take on summer barbecue favorites. Guests who arrive at 2:00pm will receive three drink tickets to enjoy during the party, as well as bites from Chef Colin Lynch and his team.


A portion of the proceeds from Bar Mezzana's anniversary bash will benefit More Than Words, a nonprofit social enterprise that empowers youth who are in the foster care system, court involved, homeless, or out of school to take charge of their lives by taking charge of a business.
