Bambara Kitchen & Bar hosts the 4th annual Mary Madness, a bracket-style competition where local Bloody Mary makers get "bloody" creative and serve samples of their favorite Bloody Marys made with Tito's Handmade Vodka.


The ultimate prize is the winning title of the Best Bloody Mary in the city and this year's guest judges will include Eater Boston's Rachel Blumenthal and The Food Lens & Bevvy Co contributor Eric Twardzik.


The amazing line-up of restaurants going after the title include:


ArtBar, Bambara Kitchen & Bar, Bar Mezzana, BISq, Commonwealth Cambridge, Dante, Island Creek Oyster Bar, and Little Donkey.


With the purchase of a ticket, you'll not only be able to cast your own vote with samples of Bloody Mary's, but you'll also enjoy delicious game-day classics including sliders, croque madame, and pork belly bao buns courtesy of Bambara Chef, David Bazirgan.


Partial proceeds from the event will once again benefit the local food rescue organization, Lovin' Spoonfuls which is dedicated to facilitating the rescue and distribution of healthy, fresh food that would otherwise be discarded. Participants are hoping to raise more than last year's $4,000.00 to help combat food insecurity, so come get bloody with us!


The event will run from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 6th. Tickets may be purchased via Eventbrite for $30 each.
