There’s a lot of shaking for bacon at Bambara Kitchen & Bar in Cambridge as the restaurant gets ready to celebrate some very important upcoming holidays.
Just in time for National Bacon Lover’s Day on Wednesday, August 20th and International Bacon Day on Saturday, September 6th, Bambara has added a new Bacon Washed Bloody Mary to its list of cocktail specials.
Dubbed the BWB, the Bacon Washed Bloody Mary is made with Bacon Washed Wheatley Vodka and a house-made Bloody Mary Mix. It’s then garnished with Crispy Bacon (the crispier, the better) and polished with a Bacon Dusted Rim. This is THE Bloody Mary if you like your bacon served with a side of bloody.
Available during all meal periods - breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, August 20th - September 6th - the BWB is $18.00 each and pairs perfectly with Chef Adam Resnick’s seasonal menus, day or night.
