Skip the trip to Mexico and come directly to this class! Chef John will guide you through the nuances of coastal Mexican Cuisine while showing you how to make some of your favorites at home. Recipes made in this class will include Ceviche de Camarón (Shrimp Ceviche), Tacos de Pescado Estilo Ensenada (Baja-Style Fish Tacos), Frijoles Puercos (Creamy Spicy Refried Beans with Chorizo), Elote Asado con Crema y Queso (Grilled Mexican Street Corn), and Pastel de Tres Leches con Fruta Tropical (Tres Leches Cake with Tropical Fruit).
