Join new moms with babies 0-12 months old. In each class, we will have time to share as well as engage in different activities with your little one:

footprint craft, photo session, baby massage, dancing and moving, a self care morning and post natal yoga.

Feel and be part of a community as you are navigating the journey of being a new mom!

Facilitated by Marina Strauss and Elena Clamen, both mental health counselors and expressive arts therapists.
