Join us for an immersive, hands-on baking experience where you'll learn to create our delicious babka from scratch! In this 3-hour class, you'll dive into the art of making this enriched, yeasted dough and filling it with irresistible layers of chocolate or cinnamon filling. During the class, we'll cover all of the steps of the recipe - dough making, shaping, proofing, baking, and of course, eating! Rachel and Tyler Sundet, of Mamaleh's Delicatessen, will break it all down for you, and in the end, you'll have a freshly baked loaf to enjoy, along with the confidence to make more at home!
