In this seasonal workshop, you’ll discover Ayurveda’s timeless wisdom on how summer’s unique qualities affect our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Learn how to recognize signs of imbalance and explore practical, accessible ways to adjust your daily habits, self-care rituals, and food choices to stay grounded, cool, and energized throughout the season.
You’ll leave with a handful of simple Ayurvedic practices and nourishing recipes designed to support a smooth, easeful transition into summer. No previous knowledge of Ayurveda is necessary — this workshop is open to all.
