When we think about Germany, we think about beer and bratwurst. There is more to German food than just sausage. Join Chef Lars Liebisch, a native German chef, and learn how to make authentic German food. We’ll make Wiener Schnitzel with warm potato salad with bacon, cucumber salad with yogurt dill dressing, homemade Spätzle with green salad, and apple strudel with vanilla ice cream.
