Asana Charlestown is offering virtual yoga classes to its members (non-members may buy a virtual pass).


How it Works:


1. Register for classes on Mind Body Online at least 15mins before the class begins.
2. You will receive an email from us 15 minutes before the class starts with the zoom meeting ID.
3. Open Zoom and enter the meeting ID
4. Practice with your favorite teacher from the comfort of your own home


Please note: Once you have the zoom meeting ID, you may enter class at any point during its duration.
