Calling all runners and spectators. Pasta specials for Marathon carbo-loading will be offered Sunday, April 14th during dinner service, 4 -10 PM at Artisan Bistro in downtown Boston.
Courtesy of The Ritz-Carlton, Boston’s Executive Sous Chef and Artisan Bistro Restaurant Chef, Joel Eugene, pasta specials will include:
Oxtail Bolognese
Pappardelle, poached tomato, sweetie peppers, ricotta
Grilled Shrimp Pesto
Rigatoni, parmesan, fresh basil
Pomodoro Pasta

Cocktail specials will also be available to commemorate and celebrate all Boston Marathon runners and include:
