Spend your Sunday brunch with Linda, our Beirut-born Armenian chef and sugar artist. We'll make traditional omelets (ejjeh), Armenian cucumber yogurt (jujukh), hummus served with pita bread, a popular brunch pastry called kanafeh, and Armenian sugar cookies (khurabeh). We'll end the meal with Armenian coffee, served in sugar shot glasses that you’ll take home. Linda will talk about the fascinating history of the Middle Eastern region including immigration among those countries that has influenced the food and culture. Instructor: Linda Khachadurian
