In this hands-on workshop, students will prepare a silky caramel custard from scratch and master the techniques needed for a smooth, perfectly set flan. The class will also make fresh hand-whipped cream, the traditional accompaniment to this iconic dessert. Along the way, the instructor will share tips, tricks, and cultural insights that bring this simple yet elegant dessert to life.
