In this class run by a local Cambridge couple, half of which is a trained Argentine chef who worked for the US Embassy in Argentina. For class you'll learn how to make the dough, fill and close authentic Argentine empanadas. The empanadas you'll make at the class are vegetarian and you'll be able to bring those home, we'll serve our signature beef empanadas while yours cook (veggie or vegan available at request).
