Learn to make Argentine empanadas from an experienced Argentine Chef!


Valientes Bakery is hosting a series of empanada classes on Aug 2, 15th and 19th. We're focused on the Argentine version of these tasty savory pastries. In the class you'll make the dough from scratch, and learn to fill and close the empanadas by hand. We'll provide materials to make vegetarian empanadas and while they're cooking we'll serve our signature beef empanadas for dinner and talk about some Argentine culture.


Cost: $85 per person (sliding scale available on a limited basis, please contact owners), pay ahead online.
