Author Leah Plunkett has written a book that every parent should read. Sharenthood is about how parents unwittingly compromise their own children's privacy by sharing photos and other information online....everywhere. Plunkett is a legal scholar at the University of New Hampshire. She says it is up to adults to educate themselves, change their own behavior, and advocate for companies, lawmakers, and other actors to change as well if they want to protect children. In Sharenthood, Plunkett proposes real, actionable solutions that balance the need to share with the need to stay safe.
