The most enjoyable salads have a few things in common: contrasting texture, layered flavors and harmonious ingredients. This class presents the fundamentals to building a delicious salad using diverse, healthy, and surprising ingredients. Recipes will include a kale salad, grilled cabbage salad, avocado egg salad, and goi ga, a Vietnamese salad. Instructor: Sabrina Pashtan
