Join us at Powisset Farm for a hands-on cooking class focused on apple, sage, and spice. Guided by our own Chef Thi Bowles, you’ll make Pork Chops with Apple Brandy Sage Sauce, Apple Cinnamon Sage Butter, Baked Apple Strudel with Sage, and Homemade Cinnamon Ice Cream. This class is guaranteed to be the apple of your eye for the rest of the fall season!

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
