Low freezing temperatures cause freeze damage in apple crops, and this year we have freeze damage.
Fear not, despite some blemishes on the apples they are still DELICIOUS and perfectly good to eat fresh. They’re also perfect for all of your baking and cooking needs. Keep this in mind as you peruse the orchard,
just because they’re not cosmetically perfect does not mean they’re bad!
