Anxiety can be an overwhelming experience, but it is rooted in primal logic.
Everyone experiences trauma and stress in varying amounts throughout our lives. Because of that our minds become filled with habits, judgements and preconcious reactions that may prevent us from being at our best. Neurosculpting utilizes the brain’s natural neuroplasticity to release these stresses to transform your day to day life. By rewiring our thinking we can experience more clarity, better physical and mental health, and achieve our goals more easily. Neurosculpting allows you to guide your brain to both think and react in a way that expresses your best self.
In this Neurosculpting Anxiety Workshop you will learn why your brain does what it does and how to rewire your subconscious reactions for a more calm and centered existence. You will leave with tools you can use to trigger and strengthen these optimized habits and reactions.
Neurosculpting® is a trademarked 5-step process fusing the latest in neuroscience within a guided meditation to help individuals easliy harness the power of self-directed neuroplasticity for optimal performance.
This workshop will start with a brain talk followed by two 20 minute Neurosculpting meditations where you will create a tools you can use in your daily life to continuously retrain your brain.
