Join Anawan Studios for an evening of bold storytelling and conversation. Based in Massachusetts, Anawan is a Black-owned film production company dedicated to elevating BIPOC voices through original, genre-spanning work. This special showcase features five short films—spanning sci-fi, comedy, action, and more—created by Anawan Studios and their collaborators at Sweeter the Juice Films. These shorts highlight a rising wave of inclusive filmmaking in New England.
