Do you know your ischial tuberosity from your olecranon?
Whether you're laughing at this question or have no idea what I'm asking, this workshop is for you.
We'll spend 90 mins going over some of the bones, muscles and landmarks of the body key to your asana practice. A working anatomical vocabulary is not only fun at parties but deepens your asana practice by building body awareness.
You can bring a pen and paper but our time will mostly be spent standing up and moving around so you can palpate your muscles, joints and other bony landmarks.
