The menu starts with Farmhouse Quiche featuring hearty vegetables, flavorful sausage, and rich cheese. Next up, craft the Southern Italian skillet meal, Eggs in Purgatory with tomatoes and distinctive spices. Last but not least, explore the sour and salty flavors of Yam Khai Dao, a simple yet satisfying Thai dish with fried eggs, shallots, and fresh herbs.
