Please join Jim Dalton and Maggi Smith-Dalton at our next FREE music and history programs at The Boston Conservatory at Berklee, Boston, Mass.

This special version of the Daltons’ longest-running program “American History Thru Music™" — covers 3 major themes in American life -- "1760s to 1960s-A Musical Portrait of the USA”

Come and share music and history in this short series! Welcome back January's and February's groups-- bring some friends, or come to see what it's all about!

Our next American History Thru Music program is: April 2, 2017, with “Immigration and Migration—Packing Our Bags, Hittin’ the Road!”

Music highlighted differences between ethnic groups, bridged them when nothing else could, and gave comfort in the face of social upheaval. It even provides a historical "map" of the country's growth. We'll look at all these developments, and more.

This is the third in a series of three programs which started in January 2017. All are welcome!

WHEN AND WHERE:
Sessions will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Boston Conservatory’s T-401 classroom (31 Hemenway Street Boston, MA 02115)

Directions to campus: https://bostonconservatory.berklee.edu/directions

FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
