The event is a seven course ticketed dinner: amuse bouche, two appetizers, soup, small palate cleanser, entree, and dessert composed of unusual American regional dishes accompanied by a humorous talk and slideshow given by food personality and 3-time Emmy award winning “Simpsons” writer & showrunner Bill Oakley.


The menu is intentionally kept secret so that our host Bill Oakley can introduce the dishes as they arrive. On account of that, it can be difficult for us to accommodate dietary restrictions. Email us at [email protected] with specific questions!
