The Warm Up section is a progressive physical and emotional preparation, focusing on bringing freedom and high energy, stretch and strength, grounding and inspiration for both the body and mind, and guiding participants to dive into deep learning. Since the 1990’s, Isaura has combined the basics of dance techniques, theater-action games, and yoga asanas within the fundamentals of her warm-up section.

The Movements within class are from traditional forms of African-Amerindian cultures in Brazil that have been passed on to Isaura from her teachers’ repertoires. Additionally, much movement material is freshly created live in class, following innovative connections among Isaura's team, as well as what is whispered inspirationally in their ears.

The workshop is open to all levels of dance experience!
