CELEBRITY SERIES OF BOSTON PRESENTS: Revelations Celebration Dance Workshop


Alvin Ailey’s Revelations is the world’s most popular work of modern dance. Learn excerpts from this masterpiece from former Ailey company member Nasha Thomas, who will teach the distinctive movements of three of the most well-known pieces from Revelations: I've Been Buked, Wade In the Water, and Rocka My Soul. The day will include live music by an Ailey percussionist and a local gospel choir, fun for the whole family!


All ages and abilities welcome! Dance for a moment, remember it for a lifetime.


Bring your whole family to sing, dance or just watch—street clothes/shoes welcome!
