In these classes children will be challenged with asana practice and games but will also learn how to balance difficulties by cultivating concentration and calm. These young yogis will explore yoga philosophy through lively discussions to begin to take the practice of yoga off the mat and into their daily lives. Breath work and time for relaxation teach these young yogis how to self-soothe and handle challenges in their daily lives. Taught by Héloïse Darcq.
