Songs, movement activities, and games help to bring the yoga asana practice to our youngest yogis, while stories and themes begin to introduce the seeds of yoga philosophy. Classes are dynamic and playful, with plenty of time for centering and relaxation at the end. Taught by Erin Gubert.
