These well-balanced classes blend both challenging and restorative yoga postures, breath work, philosophy discussions and deep relaxation into each practice. Students build on their asana practice and begin to learn more challenging postures including an introduction to arm balance and inversions. Students will leave each class feeling nourished by time for rest and relaxation as they develop a tool kit of self-care techniques to self-soothe and calm at this critical and challenging age. Taught by Héloïse Darcq.
