Join ‘Froca Fitness for an outdoor African and Caribbean dance fitness classes. Each class lasts about 45 minutes. The instructor leads participants through 10-15 dances to traditional and contemporary music from across the Caribbean and Africa. The classes are high-energy and the instructor moves from dance to dance with minimal break. Participants learn the steps in real-time as the choreography is danced, with queuing from the instructor.
