AERONAUT To-Go Dinners are BACK! Enjoy a carefully curated menu from your favorite local restaurant featuring the ideal beer pairing from Aeronaut! Our next restaurant partner is Juliet, home of Somerville's most unique dining experience! Casual by day, destination-worthy but comfortable dining by night, Juliet is an exercise in care and technique in food and service, at once grounded in classical influence and boldly innovative. -Puntarelle con Antipasto e Pignoli
-Primi Piati - Stracciatella prepared with consommé of prosciutto and parmigiano with ravioli.
-Secondo - L'anatara di Apicio; duck breast, roman beans, ancient and modern sauces, braised celary and citrus.
-Dolce - Affogato; Pannacotta di menta, cappuccino, cioccolato, fico

**This multi course menu can either serve 1 for a full dinner or 2 for a light meal.**

Beer Pairing Notes: We're spicing things up with a bottle of our Gift Horse 4 (6.9% ABV) for this pairing! This Chardonnay barrel-aged wild ale, serves as the perfect partner to a meal focused on robust flavor and spice. The intense funk and aromatic hints of apricot and white stone fruit, complement the citrus notes of your juicy main course. The subtle tannic character allows this barrel-aged beauty to cut through the decadence of your main meal and leave your palette cleansed and ready for the next course.
