Swet Studio will be hosting a donation-based Yoga 4 Water Day aerial yoga class. The funds raised will go to providing access to clean water for underserved communities in both Nepal and Vietnam.
On Saturday, June 26th at noon, Swet Studio, located at 480 Tremont St, Boston, will be joining hundreds of yoga practitioners around the world in a collective effort to provide thousands of children with safe drinking water in a single day, all through the Practice of yoga and service.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
1. Sign up by going to: https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/classic/ws?studioid=210980&stype=41&sTG=45&prodId=10397 and donate to our Yoga 4 Water Day class. The class is 100% donation-based, cost: $16 (every $8 donated will provide a child with safe drinking water!). Call us (617) 670-0631 or email us at [email protected]
2. Spread the word and invite a friend! The more people who participate, the more impact we'll create. On this day, we have a collective goal of bringing clean water to 10,000 kids in one day.
The Swet Studio® Method incorporates a holistic "Mind Body" approach to health and fitness. Through various small group classes, ranging from aerial yoga, indoor rowing, and floating mediation in a silk hammock, the Swet Studio® Method utilizes the concept of mindfulness as a key element of its Practice.
