This innovative class combines the principles of Pilates with the unique support and resistance of the aerial hammock to improve core strength, stability, posture, mobility, and body awareness.
Through controlled, intentional movement, students will develop deep core engagement, better alignment, and greater control while strengthening the muscles that support healthy movement both in everyday life and in aerial practice.
