This intermediate-level class focuses on developing the foundational strength and control that support aerial skills, inversions, climbs, transitions, and more advanced sequences. Using a combination of hammock-based exercises, bodyweight training, and targeted conditioning drills, students will improve grip strength, upper body pulling power, core stability, and overall aerial endurance.
Whether you're working toward your first inversion, refining existing skills, or preparing for classes such as Fly Foundations, Aerial Dance, and advanced aerial training, this class provides the tools to help you progress safely and efficiently.
Expect a challenging yet supportive workout designed to help you build confidence, strength, and resilience both in and out of the hammock.
