Saying Goodbye for the Summer: Adults With Hobbies
WEEK EIGHT: The last of this series and FREE to join! Hopefully you've been reading The Left Hand of Darkness and are ready for a picnic/potluck/book club! We'll meet outside at Cambridge Common (rain option: on Zoom). Bring a dish (or donation), a blanket, and your book.
The Left Hand of Darkness is a science fiction novel by the American writer Ursula K. Le Guin, published in 1969.
Throughout the last seven weeks, we've been learning about community organizations doing relevant work in Boston, and had opportunities to get more involved in new hobbies.
Note: You don't have to attend any other classes to attend our book club meeting!
All lessons have been planned with people with disabilities, queer folks, and BIPOC in mind. If you have a particular accessibility concern, PLEASE reach out! We can more than likely accommodate you.
