This Month's Theme: Interviewing Skills - Back to the Basics
Overview: For some, navigating the interview process comes easily. For others, it can be a living nightmare. If you’re part of the latter group, join us for this workshop as a part of our Adulting 101 series, where we’ll be discussing skills, preparation, and general tips when it comes to interviewing.
When given the proper tools, interviewing can be a breeze. During this event, we will learn the best ways to prepare for an interview, how to streamline your main speaking points, and ultimately how to sell your best self.
What You’ll Take Away: Attendees will leave the adulting workshop with the skills and knowledge to speak confidently and strategically about themselves. They’ll be given an arsenal of methods and tactics to use towards any upcoming interview, and how to follow up on them.
Why It Matters: Interviews are nearly impossible to avoid when seeking a new position/venture. Taking the time to understand your greatest strengths and how to communicate them enables you to conquer the interview process, no matter how daunting.
