Another wonderful collaboration is taking place - this time combining acupuncture and meditation! Joining us on Sunday April 29th is Janak Sanariya, meditation and tai-chi practitioner of 20 years. Thu Yen Mac, acupuncturist and herbalist, will give acupuncture treatments to help open channels and relieve stress. Janak will then lead a guided meditation to calm the mind and help open blockages for optimal health and healing. Join us for another amazing event! Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Space is limited to 8, pre-registration online. $40 for event.
