Throughout women’s lives, we experience different symptoms and conditions in our bodies due to the fluctuations of hormones. An informed yoga practice can help us be responsive to those cycles.
Each week’s session will focus on how to synchronize your yoga practice to help restore balance during that stage.

Week 2: During Your Period: Effortless practice
Week 3: Perimenopause: Is it just me or is it hot in here? Sleep Disruption, Hot Flashes, Mental Clarity
Week 4: Menopause: New Beginnings: Physical Strength, Balance and Mobility
Students can sign up for the full series or drop-in to a single class!
Students who are registered will receive a link to the recording which will be viewable for 2 weeks after each class.
