The natural cycles of a woman's life involve physiological, metabolic, and emotional changes that the yoga practice can support and nurture.
In this workshop, we'll discuss the concepts behind and experience the practice in the days leading up to, during, and immediately following menstruation. In addition, we will explore how to participate in an on-going class as well as how to set up one's home practice.
Learning to tune into the sensations of your cycle and practicing poses that help ease pain, strain, tension, fatigue, and achiness, you will discover refine your understanding of the power of the yoga practice for this essential part of your life.
