Co-founded by American sound artist and guqin player Jeff Roberts and the Korean musician gamin, PAN brings together masters of some of East Asia’s most expressive traditional instruments to improvise music spanning boundaries of culture, tonality and history. As an ensemble, these artists are devising new forms of expression for ancient musical languages and creating soundscapes and multimedia performances for the digital age.
