For beginners all the way to experts of home fermentation, this class will go through an overview of the science, health benefits, and art of fermenting with acid producing bacteria. We will cover techniques and troubleshooting that will allow you to make delicious and versatile elixirs in your own home kitchen. A variety of different cooking and drinking vinegars will be explored and attendees will be able to create their own delightful shrub to take home. Instructor: Colin Jordan
