On April 21, il Molo in Boston’s North End will host a “Pasqua” – Easter, in Italian – that is steeped in tradition. In addition to dishing out il Molo’s signature menu of coastal Italian cuisine, Chef Pino Maffeo will feature a collection of comfort-laced specialties that echo classic dishes seen on Easter Sunday in Italy. Main course dishes include a Braised Lamb Shank served with roasted vegetables ($35), Grilled American Lamb Chops served with broccoli rabe and beans ($37), and a Braised Veal Roast served with mashed potatoes ($34). And because no Easter is complete without the perfect dose of sweet, Chef Pino has added a Ricotta Pie ($10) to top off your Easter Sunday meal.
