Following the chakra system as your guide, you’ll move step by step to unlock your innate power and turn dreams into reality. Whether you have a clear vision or are searching for direction, this workshop will illuminate your path forward.

This workshop is designed for seekers, dreamers, and changemakers who want to align with their purpose and manifest their goals using the chakra system. 


This workshop is an inner journey focused on self-exploration and energetic practices, rather than traditional asana (yoga postures). Please bring a notebook & writing utensil & dress comfortably in clothing that allows you to sit and move with ease (no need for a yoga mat). You may also consider wearing layers to stay relaxed and present throughout the session.
