This workshop will be held online via Zoom.

Participants do not need to have a Zoom account;  A laptop or desktop computer with camera/microphone is required; Zoom access links will be emailed to participants before each workshop.

Required Supplies:

Paper for notetaking and a piece of stationery, pen

Description:

Imagine going to your mailbox and finding a hand written letter that is filled with reasons why someone appreciates, admires or loves you.  It is not your birthday or a holiday.  It is a Just Because letter….

​

We all crave kindness and connection so why don’t we share appreciations more often?

This workshop will awaken you to the intentional, simple and joyful KINDNESS practice of writing unexpected letters of appreciation. When you take the time to share appreciations, a positive energy is released throughout you and onto another that is contagious.

​

Do you want to feel deeply connected, powerfully energized and centered? Do you want to be part of something positive and affirming? This is all possible when you slow down, notice those around you and take the time to connect in an authentic way.

​

I will share empowering personal stories from my life changing journey of writing an unexpected letter of appreciation to a different person every day for one year. Through conversation, a kindness exercise and concluding with the opportunity to write a few kind words to someone deserving in your life, you will leave feeling inspired and empowered to make someone’s day!
