Daybreak: A Musical Journey from Darkness to Light


Shake off the winter chill with a rejuvenating concert experience as A Far Cry presents Daybreak, a program inspired by the beauty of nature and the renewing promise of tomorrow. The concert features Quinn Mason’s Svítání, a stunning sunrise meditation for string orchestra, and Beethoven’s beloved “Pastorale” Symphony No. 6, heard in a lively, scaled-down arrangement for strings.


Adding to the excitement, the Honors Quartet from Project STEP will perform a prelude, and A Far Cry’s NEC Fellows Competition winners will join the Criers for Beethoven’s symphony—a perfect opportunity to support the next generation of classical musicians.
