The bond between each teacher and student is unique, but one thing remains the same across these relationships: the idea of a common legacy, perpetually passed on. It is an honor to present Pamela Frank not just as a soloist, but also as a collaborator with her own students -- in an evening that also memorializes her teacher, Shirley Givens.
