Following a reading from his work, distinguished Irish Novelist John Banville will be joined in a free-ranging conversation about his life and writing by Paul Armstrong, Professor of English at Brown University. Banville, author of the Booker-Prize-winning novel "The Sea," as well as numerous other novels, plays and screenplays, and essays and literary criticism, has been described as "without question, one of the great living masters of English-language prose."
