Join the Museum of Science for an inspiring evening celebrating its yearlong Being Human spotlight, featuring special guest Dean Kamen.
In this fireside conversation, Tim Ritchie, Gwill York President of the Museum of Science, will sit down with Dean Kamen — renowned inventor, founder of DEKA Research and Development, and executive director of the Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMI) | BioFabUSA — to explore how science and technology are shaping the future of human health.
Together, they will examine how breakthrough innovations in regenerative medicine and biomanufacturing lead to real-world impact. The discussion will highlight the work of ARMI and its national ecosystem, including ReGen Valley, and explore how new technologies are accelerating treatments for diseases like type 1 diabetes (T1D) while opening new frontiers in patient care.
